• Assist installation technicians in the field• Perform quality heating and cooling installations• Work with residential and light commercial clients• Follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines• Maintain a clean and organized work area• Communicate effectively with team members• Complete required paperwork accurately• Provide excellent customer service• Continuously learn and improve skills• Attend training sessions and meetings
Requirements
• Own basic hand tools and knowledge of their function• Ability to use a tape measure• Tech-savvy• Valid driver's license and good driving record• Ability to pass a drug test and background check• Willingness to work overtime as needed• Physical ability to carry 50 lbs• Prior construction experience is a plus• Good communication skills• Punctuality and reliability
