About You: We are looking for a Inspection Coordinator to support the Fire Suppression team. You must have an outgoing personality, be highly organized, and be able to maintain a high level of professional conduct.
Essential Functions: Communicate with varying clients to set up inspections Generate technician inspection schedules Assist in managing technician work schedules Assess the service needs of customers and connect them with the correct service Create and maintain a database of customer and customer needs Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance on service sites Order material for inspections and repairs Coordinate with Operations Administrative Supervisor to schedule routine maintenance Ensure inspecitons are performed and reports are turned in in a timely manner Create, maintain, and update service agreements Create and organize work orders and gather necessary information Qualifications/Skills: Proficient in MS Office Excellent organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to maintain accuracy Time management skills Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast pace and ever-changing environment Firm understanding of general business structure and business terms Education/Experience: High School Diploma 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience required 1-2 years of Scheduler experience preferred LVC Companies, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer as defined by the EEOC
