SUMMARY
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a valuable member of our Sales Team in Alpharetta, Georgia. We are looking for someone who can guide our customer prospects through the sales cycle, which often includes multiple contact points and methods. You will be responsible for establishing the customer relationship, educating customers about our services, setting proper expectations, closing the order by scheduling the services, and educating the customer about all things LoadUp.

QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years of relevant or related work experience, preferably with a background in inside sales with a high customer service focus Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both in writing and verbally. Ability to adapt and solve problems quickly over the phone while handling customer objections and rejections effectively Comfortability with web-based software and tools  Willingness to learn and persistent attitude Ability to work a flexible schedule
