Job summary
Anthology Woods is hiring for the position of Inside Sales.Looking for someone with a passion for wood and design.Ability to jump in and help grow the business.

Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service and develop relationships with customers.• Have an intimate knowledge of Anthology Woods product line and educate customers.• Enter sample requests, respond to inquiries, and close sales.• Use CRM software to track follow-ups and project progress.• Cold calling/emailing to develop new relationships.• Research strategic avenues for sales growth.• Create sales forecasts and meet sales targets/goals.
Requirements
• Ability to develop rapport and trust with people.• Clear communication skills in phone, in person, and written communication.• Computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software.• Excellent math skills and ability to calculate and convert units of measure.• Good time management skills and self-starter.• Desire to progress with the company.
