Infrastructure Consultant

Salary Range : Up to £60,000

Hybrid Model:

3 days a week onsite

Office Location:

Southampton

Key Responsibilities:

Providing up to 3rd line support to the technology teams

Dealing with design documentation and creating low-level designs (LLDs)

Dealing with maintenance and incident management of technologies

Liaise with third-party vendors to deal with relevant issues

Providing support for the server and storage across the organisation datacentres

Essential Technology / Skills:

3rd line support experience

Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

Strong skills with VMware products (vSphere, vCenter)

Windows server, Active Directory and Group Policy support experience

Knowledge of Backup and Disaster Recovery processes

Dealing with WAN and LAN technologies

Experience in hyper-converged environments such as Dell VXRail
