Breeze is hiring- join us!The Inflight Records and Logistics Specialist is responsible for maintaining and auditing Flight Attendant records, delivering training material to Instructors, and assisting in the design and development of Inflight Training curriculum. The Specialist will work closely with the Manager, Inflight Training to ensure regulatory compliance and standards in all areas of the Training program.
Here's what you'll do:Own the Training records process for InflightAssist with the design, development, and continuous updates of the Inflight Training curriculum to meet all regulatory requirements and changes.Update and monitor Inflight Training records to ensure all qualified Flight Attendants remain current and in compliance with FAA requirements.Communicate regularly with the Manager, Inflight Training regarding Flight Attendant qualification status.Assist the Manager, Inflight Training with all external (FAA, DoD, IOSA) and internal (IAP) training records and qualification audits.Interface regularly with applicable Company departments, training facilities, and trainingAchieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and ExcellenceOther duties as assigned by the Manger, InflightHere's what you need to be successful:Minimum Qualifications4-year degree in Business, Aviation, or related field and/or equivalent work4+ years of prior experience as a Flight Attendant and/or InflightAbility to prioritize and complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines.High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, and maintainMust be willing to work with other departments within the Company asMust be able to communicate effectively both written andMust be able to successfully complete Flight Attendant training and maintainAbility to adapt to a start-up workAbility to assist in the operation and travel, asMust pass a DOT pre-employment drugMust pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check.Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding and working knowledge of FAA regulations Part 121 N&O and 8900Experience using an Electronic Record Keeping and Scheduling SystemSkills/TalentsAdept at using Microsoft Office SuiteExemplifies Breeze's safety culture, values, and missionExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work with individuals and teams at all levels in the organizationPerks of the JobHealth, Vision and DentalHealth Savings Account with Breeze Employee Match401K with Breeze Employee MatchPTOTravel on Breeze and other Airlines too!
