Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kent, WA. PAY: $35 - $40/hour DOE - PLUS $2,000 Sign on Bonus.
SCHEDULE: Rotating Shift - 3, 12 hour shift then 4, 12 hour shift / Night Shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery in our healthcare commercial laundry plant
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
Complete daily maintenance and repair logs
Maintain and secure work tools
Clean and maintain work area
Follow all safety procedures
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent or technical school training preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required
Regular, consistent attendance of scheduled shifts is required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas:
Electrical systems
Mechanical systems
Hydraulic & pneumatic systems
Welding
Piping systems
