IASourcelink Program Coordinator John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center
Impact & Responsibilities: Designs and manages the IASourcelink website; works with the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center (JPEC) staff to update and maintain the JPEC website; creates and maintains the CRM data management system for the JPEC; works with the SourcelinkPRO system to ensure accurate and reliable client data for the IASourcelink platform and provide accurate monthly reporting to program partners; serves as an online resource to Iowa business owners; and assists with student employee hiring, training, supervision, and project planning.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, computer science, interactive digital studies or related field; at least three years of experience consulting and working with small business owners; and experience managing and troubleshooting content management systems and client relationship management system.
Student experience will be considered.
Preferred: Knowledge of the Iowa small business and support ecosystem.
