Lane Valente Industries is seeking an HVAC Service TechnicianResponsible for servicing products and equipment and ensuring customer satisfactionFlexible schedule with travel and overnight stays as needed

Responsibilities
• Service and maintain products and equipment on assigned projects• Diagnose and repair units using hand-tools and blueprints• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, and modifications• Inspect vehicles and maintain records of service and repairs• Serve as a direct customer contact and provide technical support• Order parts for repairs and maintain documentation• Travel to customer locations, including some overnight travel• Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as necessary
Requirements
• Experience in HVAC service and repair• Ability to read and interpret product specifications• Strong technical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and customer service abilities• Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed• Valid driver's license and clean driving record• Attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately• Knowledge of installation, operation, maintenance, service and repair• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
