Human Resources Summer Intern

North Penn Water Authority is hiring a summer Human Resources (HR) Intern to support daily HR functions and assist with special projects.
If you have strong communication and relationship-building skills, appreciate organization and process-related responsibilities, and have a desire to learn, we want to hear from you!
This is a paid internship, and will start as part-time, 24 hours per week, but may transition to a full-time internship. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual currently pursuing an HR or related degree, with 2 to 3 years of education, job-related, or leadership experience.
Responsibilities Assist with a summer internship program. Assist with the new-hire process. Organize, scan, create folders, archive, and shred files. Assist with employee engagement initiatives. Process weekly timesheet reports and monthly invoices. Miscellaneous tasks as needed.
