Responsibilities
• Provides consultation and management support to leaders, managers, and employees• Helps align and integrate HR with business unit objectives• Participates in strategy development and execution• Identifies talent issues and manages performance effectiveness• Ensures diversity and inclusiveness are embraced• Monitors employee engagement and develops solutions• Administers HR practices, procedures, and employment law• Develops and deploys COE processes• Handles employee relations issues• Supervises HR Generalists
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred• Minimum of 8 years related experience• Strong supervisory experience• Technical expertise in employee relations• General management perspective and business acumen• Excellent judgment and sensitivity• Assertive, pragmatic, and hands-on leadership style• Catalyst for change and problem-solving• Ability to build alliances and emphasize high morale and teamwork• Proactive approach to community involvement
