Five days of sick time, 18 days of vacation and 12 paid holidays in first year!12 weeks of paid parental leave401k + 6% match Job Description: The scope of responsibility includes a strong focus on ER, training, talent management, succession planning, performance management, communications, policies, programs and activities to support the business requirements, team development, internal and government compliance Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance regarding employment issues including but not limited to corrective action, grievance resolution and other employee relations functions Responsible for employee data management in HRIS system and in our Payroll system Conduct Internal Compliance training and Development Training for both hourly and salaried employees Responsible for all hourly recruiting for the facility including processing employment advertisements, applications, screenings, and interviewing Assist with on-site training, including safety, employee development, and benefits to include partnering with department managers to identify outside training resources for employee development Update employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason Coordinate Open Enrollment and assist new hires with benefit enrollments as well as benefit or status changes Responsible for scheduling new hire orientations, including benefits overview, rules, checkoff cards, attendance, and benefit enrollments Maintain Human Resource Information Systems (Zenefits), ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Respond to employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints Monitor workers' compensation claims, investigate incidents, and coordinate return to work program Handle disciplinary actions and terminations of employees in accordance with policy Requirements: 5+ years of previous experience in a Human Resources Generalist, HRBP or Human Resources Manager role.
