As an HR Intern at Filtration Group, Finishing you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team in various aspects of recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. This internship offers a hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to develop and refine your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruitment activities as needed. Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment metrics. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess employee satisfaction and engagement levels. Support the communication of HR policies, procedures, and benefits to employees. Contribute ideas for improving the employee experience and fostering a positive work culture. Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Assist in the maintenance of HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare reports and presentations for HR-related projects and initiatives. Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
