Responsibilities
• Provide HR support within day-to-day operations• Assist with talent acquisition and recruitment• On-board new hires• Prepare reports on HR metrics• Manage employee benefits• Work on special projects as assigned
Requirements
• Working knowledge of employee relations, benefits, employment law/legal requirements, and government reporting regulations• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting• Experience with writing and reviewing job descriptions• Knowledge of FMLA, Workers Compensation, ADA, EEO1, and Vets 100 reports• Strong oral and written communication skills• Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task• PHR or SHRM-CP certification required• Bachelor's degree preferred• 2 years previous relevant experience or 4 years relevant experience with demonstrated knowledge• EOE/ADA/DFW, Smoke Free Campus
