Job Description: HR Program Management Admin
Position Summary:
The Human Resources Specialist position will offer hands-on experience in a variety of areas including Learning and Development, data analytics, Lean/6Sigman process improvement, project and program management working as a member of a cross-functional HR team to support innovative, global projects for the Instrument and Enterprise Services business.
Responsibilities:
• Program and project management of key Early Talent Initiatives creating a culture of belonging through annual cohorts:
o Summer Intern Program - Assist hiring managers and university relations teams in tracking analytics, monitoring hiring, supporting on-boarding, program administration and off-boarding.
o Apprentice Program - assist program sponsor in h
o Internal Apprentice Program
• Data and analytics:
o Weekly HC analytics in partnership with finance
o Monthly HR analytics supporting bowlers and business review report outs on KPI's
o Process background and drug testing per contractual obligations
o Complete weekly and quarterly HR business review data
• Organizational support for Leadership Development Program
• Project manager for key initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Project Management
• Excellent communication skills. Must be able to clearly communicate in a cross functional, matrixed environment at all levels of the organization
• Ability to navigate multiple reporting systems and tools
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Confidence to present to groups from 5 - 200 employees
