Summary Support the Director of Human Resources (HR), HR Managers and HR Representatives in all aspects of the recruiting, hiring, onboarding process. Coordinate the Performance Expectation Review Program with all the various HR Reps and Managers. Perform additional administrative/clerical duties to provide support to the HR Department.
Responsibilities Prepare recruiting advertisements and coordinate with newspapers. Post jobs on websites as needed. Assist with scheduling interviews, book travel arrangements and arrange for out-of-town physicals. Assist in completing reference checks and new hire status sheets. Provide support in the preparation work for a new branch start-up. Administer part-time and temporary employees new hire orientations.   Provide the required data to HR Reps, Supervisors and Managers to be able to perform the Performance Expectation Review (PER). Coordinate, log, maintain and retrieve PER results info as needed, as well as yearly employee feedback. Provide administrative support on various projects that may be assigned to the department at times. Assist with coordinating company picnic scheduling, Follow up and review of new hire I-9 forms. Minimum Qualifications Less than 2 years' related experience Associate degree (office administration or business administration) Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications One to three years prior experience. Prior experience in Human Resources would be beneficial. Good verbal/written communications and computer skills. Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
