Job summary
The HRIS Supervisor will oversee and optimize Pursuit's ADP, iCIMS, and Culture Amp platforms.Data accuracy and integrity are key focuses in this role.Leads a team of one direct report.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Oversee and execute day-to-day operations of the HRIS platform.• Assist with fielding and responding to internal inquiries regarding ADP systems and processes.• Collaborate with IT and P&C teams to implement system updates and enhancements.• Implement and enforce data quality standards and review user access.• Provide user support and training to system users.• Build enhanced reporting and analyze People reports.• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and system optimization.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, MIS, or related field.• 3+ years of progressive HR systems experience with ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS.• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management best practices.• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.• HR and/or Project Management certification is beneficial.
