Job Description: Summary: Maintain the human resource records of an organization's employees. Responsible for maintaining personnel documents as well as performing background checks, along with other employee-related activities. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Process, verify, and maintain employee job and pay data records. Perform employee onboarding activities, including initiating background and drug screenings. Partner with other team members, talent acquisition, and HR partners to ensure employee data accuracy.
