Responsibilities
• Administer and execute human resource programs• Handle all administrative tasks including data entry and auditing• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors• Assist in the communication and interpretation of employee handbook• Administer employee leaves and accommodations• Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance• Establish and maintain accuracy of employee records• Monitor and administer Employee Health and Safety program• Develop and execute innovative employee communications campaigns• Design and manage employee-engagement-related events• Develop plans to meet different engagement needs• Report on metrics for employee engagement improvement• Maintain confidentiality of information• Review changes for proper authorization and compliance• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Associates degree or equivalent job experience required• HRCI or SHRM certification preferred• At least 2 years of relevant work experience required• Experience with Employee Engagement programs preferred• Working knowledge of employment regulations and ordinances• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Organizational skills and problem-solving abilities• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Discretion with confidential information• Sound judgment and ability to work in a dynamic environment• Bias for action and attention to detail• Ability to manage concurrent projects and work under pressure• Experience analyzing employee engagement in a mid-large organization• Skills in managing mass written communications• Confident and skilled in using GSuite• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed• Must be able to work flexible schedules• Must be able to perform physical tasks as required
