Hr Coordinator (Timekeeping)

System One is actively seeking a Timekeeping Coordinator to support a project located onsite in Red Wing, MN.
This will be a 12+ month contract position with a high probability of a contract extension and long-term career opportunity to work within the Nuclear industry supporting a well-established organization.
We are in search of an extroverted and outgoing professional who excels in building relationships and fostering connections within the workplace. Timekeeping Coordinator Responsibilities: Generate and analyze timekeeping reports, identifying trends, and recommending process improvements. Communicate with employees and managers regarding timekeeping discrepancies and resolutions. Collaborate with Human Resources, Payroll, and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient timekeeping processes. Work with employees to help resolve issues they are having with entering time. Solicit feedback from employees regarding issues within the UKG portal. Help onsite employees resolve issues when entering time into the UKG portal. Collaborate with team on solutions on streamlined timekeeping processes. Meet one on one with employees to resolve time entry issues. Timekeeping Coordinator Requirements: Experience working in timekeeping systems (UKG preferred). Previous experience working with employees on timekeeping resolutions. Someone that thrives in a collaborative work environment. Problem solver. Experience with Excel. Experience coaching employees in a professional manner. Location: Red Wing, MN
