Hr Coordinator

People Development Coordinator provides coordination and departmental support to the People Development department.
Provides coordination support to Human Resources/People Development on functional areas contributing to the department's ability to maintain compliance and overall accuracy. Participates in People Development projects as assigned. Provides administrative direction and support for both the Annual Leadership and HR Conferences including participating in communications, pre-registration, and on-site registration during conferences. Assists with acquisitions and divestitures as assigned to ensure a smooth transition by providing support to the process. Participates in policy production, revision, and dissemination. Supports the New Associate Welcome onboarding process. Assist with data entry of HR Systems (Survey, Applicant Tracking, Human Capital Management, etc. Coordinates the International RN recruitment program in partnership with the Director, Workforce Solutions. Provides support to the People Development team to promote efficiency by relieving them of administrative detail. Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Post-secondary education 1-3 years' experience supporting Human Resources functional areas
