HR Coordinator responsibilities Publish and manage internal/external job postings for entry level and high volume positions on the company website. Initial evaluation of employment candidates to pass to HR Manager to include phone interviews. Assist HR Manager with the hiring process, and scheduling candidate interviews. Manage onboarding process including background checks and pre-employment drug screenings. Conducts new hire orientations to ensure new hires assimilate quickly into the company. Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data. Perform various administrative duties as needed such as data entry, filing in Laserfiche, etc. Assist employees with issues or questions Perform other assigned duties Skills and Competencies Must have a minimum of one year experience in recruiting, interviewing and hiring. Absolute and complete confidentiality at all times Maintain professionalism at all times, with all levels of the organization Time management and multi-tasking skills to operate in fast paced environment. Punctuality and commitment to all internal and external customers Strong attention to details Strong work ethic with demonstrated flexibility to meet tight deadlines Critical thinking and decision-making skills. Ability to establish and maintain business partner relationships.
