Responsibilities
• Translate business needs into HR strategy, goals and action plans to make individual and team performance a competitive advantage• Lead talent agenda including workforce planning, talent acquisition, career development, and succession planning• Provide input and guidance for performance feedback, employee development, and performance management• Establish effective engagement and communication plans• Support organization design and development• Perform market research for employer branding• Contribute to global and regional initiatives• Provide direction and coaching to HR operations partners• Manage multiple client responsibilities• Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
• BS Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or business-related field; Master's Degree preferred• 8+ years of HR experience• Ability to develop relationships and influence leaders• Knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices• Experience working in matrix organizations and across cultures• Proven experience working independently• Experience managing multiple client responsibilities• Ability to adapt to changing requirements• Proven ability to work effectively with leaders and employees at different levels• Willingness to travel up to 25%
