Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our HR Benefits Coordinator position. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the benefits and human resources teams with the daily administration of the team member benefits and leave programs. Serves as a point of contact for team members, assisting them with matters related to benefits and leaves of absence. Supports the benefits enrollment process for new team members and also provides support during the annual open enrollment process.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
High school education or equivalent Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related fields is strongly preferred Minimum of two years' experience in benefits and/or human resources Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more! $23.00 - $28.00 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
