We are currently seeking a Recruiting Assistant for our headquarters located in Granada Hills, CA. We are looking for local candidates within a 15-mile radius at this time. There are no remote positions available.

Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary. Prescreening candidates by phone call to understand their needs and help them understand the needs of the company. Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails. Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like acceptance or rejection emails. Able to maintain and write detailed notes about the prospective candidate status. Assist candidates during the interview process, answering questions and providing them with key materials. Resolving issues such as interview cancellations swiftly. Working closely with the HR Department to maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork. Maintain employee records Manage filing system Prepare new employee files Prioritize Tasks and follow-through to completion May attend schools and job fairs for presentations and outreach to potential candidates Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. May assist in maintaining office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment. Assists in Payroll; collecting timesheets, calculating time per state law, etc. Other Administrative Assistant duties Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred or equivalent experience. At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role. Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes. Solid Microsoft Office and QuickBooks skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a group Excellent problem-solving capabilities Perceptive listening skills Willingness to learn HR processes Job Information:
