Job summary
Hotel Kansas City is seeking a Bouncer/Door Person for Nighthawk cellar bar.Responsible for directing and administering all security operations.Must have a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Perform all Nighthawk security duties and management.• Patrol the interior perimeter, identify safety risks, and respond to emergencies.• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.• Be familiar with hotel services and local attractions to respond to guest inquiries.• Communicate VIP arrivals and special requests with designated personnel.• Meet and greet guests, check I.D.'s• Perform other tasks as assigned by Restaurant Manager, General Manager, and Director of Food and Beverage.
Requirements
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.• Proficient in basic computer skills.• Previous security experience preferred.
