• Supporting human resources for managed Select Service hotels• Providing HR Specialist support for managed full-service and select-service hotels• Consulting on colleague performance concerns and escalations• Managing Ethics Point and escalated colleague issue management• Representing Americas HR in communicating regional priorities• Leading HR support for hotel openings and transitions• Managing Americas HR inbox• Demonstrating a commitment to Hyatt core values
Requirements
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources• Ability to gain credibility and influence stakeholders• Proficiency in Microsoft Office• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field preferred• HR certification preferred• Experience with HR Systems preferred
