Description ***$500.00 Sign on Bonus***
The HVAC Technician is responsible for the daily maintenance and repairs of all hotel heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems as well as all hot and cold-water systems that include boilers, cooling tower, associated pumps and motors, refrigeration equipment, coolers and freezers. The HVAC technician will perform preventative maintenance as assigned or required while keeping system downtime to a minimum.
Conduct daily preventive maintenance on all hotel heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment and perform any necessary repairs in a timely manner. Answering and responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner Effective communication with all colleagues regarding any hazards, ongoing repairs, out of order units, etc. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all engineering offices, as well as guest facing areas while completing/finishing any work.
