• A minimum of 3 years building maintenance experience is required.
• Strong working knowledge of all major building systems is required, including, but not limited to:
o HVAC
o Plumbing
o Electrical
o Mechanical
o Kitchen & Laundry Equipment
o Life Safety Equipment
o Possess refined troubleshooting skills.
• Work in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
• Good customer skills are also required, as you will need to respond to guest calls and interact with guests and employees in a professional manner.
• Ability to walk long distances and be in the heat for extended periods of time
• Must have the ability to perform physical labor (including, but not limited to, the ability to bend, twist, stoop, lift 50 lbs., as well as climb a ladder).
