This is a part-time, administrative position working with the Grand Hyatt Denver Engineering team to help drive our successful operation!
The Engineering Administrative Assistant must assist in maintaining schedules, calendars & meetings as directed by Engineering Managers. Processing purchase orders, invoices and contracts is a critical element of this role (contract experience is not necessary, but skillsets in purchase orders and invoicing is preferred). Organizational skills, computer proficiency, and communication skills are a must. Ability to work with outside vendors and contractors by phone and e-mail will be a large part of the job.

The specific skills needed for this position are:
Working knowledge of the Birchstreet (or similar platform) purchasing system. Ability to learn and work with the Kronos Time Management system. Windows programs proficiency required. Good communication and organizational skills are necessary. Ideal candidate will excel at building relationships with other departments in the hotel (Operations, Finance and F&B teams).
