Responsibilities
• Serving coffee and other beverages, including alcohol• Preparing ingredients for cooking, portioning, chopping, and storing food• Processing orders and collecting payment from customers• Assisting in food & beverage areas including busing, cleaning, resetting tables, and delivering food to guests• Performing general cleaning and maintenance of food and beverage prep areas• Following property control audit standards and cash handling procedures• Ensuring adherence to company and safety and security policies and procedures• Maintaining uniform and personal appearance• Welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others and supporting team goals
Requirements
