Houseperson - Weekends - Remote

We are a leading hotel management company seeking a Houseperson to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience by maintaining a clean and well-appointed environment throughout the hotel.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, including grounds, entrances, storage facilities, trash areas, hallways, elevators, staircases, and guest rooms
- Communicate efficiently with the management team regarding any maintenance issues, room damage, or missing items
- Interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Deliver requested items to hotel guests promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with TV remotes, TV boxes, thermostats, jacuzzi tubs, light fixtures, phones, and furniture arrangements as needed
- Support the laundry and housekeeping departments when required
- Distribute linens, housekeeping supplies, and room amenities appropriately
- Properly stock cleaning carts with necessary supplies
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management team
**Requirements:**
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, navigate stairs with ease, and remain on your feet for most of your shift
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
