Housekeeping Supervisor

The Reserve at Mills Farm, a Navion Senior Solutions community located in Apex, NC, is searching for a Housekeeping Supervisor who will supervise the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and guidelines. Maintains a healthy and attractive environment by ensuring every detail is attended to. Responsible for scheduling, training, monitoring, and developing hourly staff. Partners with other departments to ensure room availability needs are met quickly.
Requirements Basic Qualifications High School diploma preferred or equivalent required. Two years' supervisory experience preferred. Healthcare, hospitality or service environment experience preferred. Must be 18 years or older. Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others. Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment. Valid Driver's license and safe driving record. Must be able to handle conflict, problems, and emergency situations. Ability to handle multiple priorities is required.
