Pulse Clinical Alliance is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse in Lincoln City, OR. Job Details: Contract: 13 weeks Pay Rate: $52/hr - With mileage of $0.55/mile while working - $2,200/week for travelers Shift:  Days - 40hrs/week - Monday-Friday - Will cover from Newport, OR to Yachats, OR Experience: 1 year of Home Health experience within the past 3 years, must have experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase). Requirements: OR RN License Skills Checklist 2 references Description: Home care nurses provide care to patients in their homes under the guidance of a physician. They perform regular visits where they monitor the patient's condition, assess their wounds, and change dressings as required. Home care nurses also write reports and communicate with the doctor after each visit.
Traveling to patients' homes and managing their care plans according to physicians' instructions. Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests. Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene. Testing for muscle weakness, bedsores, and any signs of infection.
