Hobson Prior is seeking a Hematology Clinical Account Manager who will be responsible for representing our products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals within a specific geographic area. The successful candidate will actively promote the appropriate use of our products to healthcare professionals in accordance with all Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Representing our products and services to a defined customer base. Generating and growing sales and consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals within a specific geographic area. Actively promoting the appropriate use of our products to healthcare professionals. Developing and implementing a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals. Conducting weekly analysis of territory sales data to help prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting of physicians. Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and competitor products in their therapeutic area, and an in-depth knowledge of the disease states. Requirements Experience in dedicated hospital selling in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry. Knowledge of single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary. Hematology/Oral Oncology experience with a demonstrated history of high sales performance. Familiarity with the Cleveland territory and established relationships with Cleveland Clinics.
