Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice and counsel on healthcare transactional matters• Conduct due diligence reviews and analysis• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional agreements• Collaborate with internal stakeholders• Stay up-to-date with healthcare laws and regulations• Participate in contract negotiations• Assist with the development and implementation of legal policies
Requirements
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school• Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio bar• 3-7 years of experience as a practicing attorney• In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and industry practices• Proven experience in structuring and negotiating complex healthcare transactions• Prior experience in healthcare transactions preferred
