Wilson Elser's Los Angeles office is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Associate Attorney.

The Position
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the State of California
2+ years' experience in litigation
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in healthcare commercial/business litigation preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Legal project management experience is helpful
Responsibilities
Support a litigation caseload representing primarily healthcare business entities in both commercial and consumer cases from inception through dispositive motion, mediation, negotiated resolution, binding arbitration or trial
Assist a team in providing risk management advice and counsel to healthcare organizations regarding business operations and general counsel services to clients
Work closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects
Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
Communicate with clients and provide status reports

The annualized salary range for this position is $100,000 to $160,000+. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
