Hybrid remote Healthcare Customer Service job in ArizonaRecovery Specialist responsible for resolving outstanding balancesIncludes outbound calls, skip tracing, and insurance follow-up

Responsibilities
• Work a large case load of outstanding accounts• Field incoming calls and make a minimum of 75 outbound calls• Provide excellent customer service and negotiate account payoff• Skip trace for better location information• Adhere to industry regulations, including HIPAA• Follow client-specific processes and procedures• Handle multiple computer systems simultaneously• Conduct creative talk offs and effective negotiations• Practice proper follow-up habits• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED equivalent• Strong negotiation skills• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge• Ability to multitask and practice effective communication• Organizational and time management skills• Ability to handle multiple computer systems• Compliance with HIPAA, FCRA, FDCPA, and other laws/regulations
