Responsibilities
• Follow recipes and pay close attention to details to create unique breads• Lift large amounts of dough and supplies weighing 50 lbs. or more• Work through change and be flexible while keeping an eye on cooking• Work mid-afternoon to night shifts and Sundays• Possibly work overnight shifts during holiday seasons
Requirements
• 1+ years of large-scale baking/pastry experience preferred• Attentiveness to compliance with food handler and sanitation standards• Formal baking/pastry education is a bonus, but not required• Must be at least 18 years old
