Responsibilities
• Determine prospective customers' needs and present Paylocity services to meet those needs• Travel within a defined territory• Prepare and present proposals, provide follow-up throughout the sales process• Complete documentation for data conversion• Maintain contact with existing customers for additional services• Develop prospects through various channels• Attend trade shows and events to promote Paylocity services• Achieve sales quota for territory• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent• 2-5 years of quota-driven B2B sales experience• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment• Critical thinking and decision-making skills• Customer service orientation• Strong presentation skills• Strong written and oral communication skills• Strong listening skills
