This includes designing, simulating, optimizing, verification, and timing analysis. You will also support the efforts of the HBM Memory Design Team to proactively develop products that optimize all manufacturing functions and assure the best performance, power, cost, quality, reliability, time-to-market, and customer happiness. The seniority level offered will be based on the combination of experience and education. While you may not exhibit all the characteristics/skills listed below today, we are highly interested in a teammate who is motivated to grow in technical breadth and depth.Job Responsibilities:Design, simulate, and verify analog/mixed-signal and/or high-speed custom circuits in Logic die of HBM chip.Collaborate with cross site design and verification team members contributing to Fullchip integration and simulation.Perform Fullchip analysis and optimization of HBM power, performance and reliability with parasitic and behavioral modeling using industry-standard simulators.Support silicon bring-up, characterization, and debug activities.Contribute to cross-group communication to work towards standardization and group success.Qualifications:Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field0-5 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal design and/or verification preferably in the memory industry.Familiarity using Cadence design tools, such as Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, etc.Familiarity with schematic entry and simulation using Finesim and/or HspiceKnowledge of analog/mix-signal/digital design principles, techniques, and standard methodologiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environment.Performs semiconductor design engineering assignments including engineering and designing chip layout circuits, circuit checking, documenting specifications, modifying and evaluating semiconductor devices and components. Reviews product requirements and logic diagrams for device definition. Typically responsible for projects, or portions of projects, to design, fabricate, modify, and evaluate semiconductor devices and components.The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $81,000.00 - $138,000.00.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
