Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitors, notify staff of appointments• Answer and direct phone calls• Update Electronic Health Records (EHR)• Maintain and organize files and records• Start admissions paperwork for new clients• Assist with discharge process• Perform routine cleaning in lobby and common areas• Scan, copy, fax, and type documents as directed• Rotate lunch to ensure front desk coverage• Perform other assigned duties as directed
Requirements
• Graduate of high school or equivalent• Preferred: Associates degree• Two (2) years of secretarial work experience
