If you answered yes to these questions, we would love to meet you! Zermatt Utah , located in Midway (just minutes from Park City) is hiring for the position of Guest Services Representative. Guest Services Representatives are responsible for assisting guests with a variety of needs including check-in and check-out; familiarizing guests with the resort; answering phone calls & assisting with questions; handling guest billings, resolving concerns and more.
We are seeking full-time & part-time Guest Service Representatives who love working with people, can stay calm under pressure and like working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience preferred but not required. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, have strong verbal & written communication skills as well as problem solving skills. Experience working with computers is preferred. Must have a flexible schedule & be willing/able to work evenings, weekends (including Sundays), and holidays, as needed.
