Responsibilities
• Manage and lead a team• Work alongside General Manager and Aquatics Manager• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area• Process orders and order supplies as needed• Building relationships with staff and customers• Scheduling• Training• Staffing• Payroll• Ordering supplies• Sales• Customer service
Requirements
• Availability to work full time• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday)• 2 years management experience• Must be able to accommodate 37-40 hrs per week• Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) with a work schedule that can range from 930am-8pm• Position is salaried based on experience
