Graphic Designer Lead Job Level: Entry-Mid Level

Shift: Full-Time
Compensation: $20 - $25/hour

Position Summary: The Graphic Designer Lead works closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Leadership to support the company's strategic goals and program initiatives through print and digital marketing collateral. They play an important role in the design of on-brand, forward-thinking, and user-centric solutions across varied media (online, website, email, print, advertising, mobile, etc.) to meet business objectives from concept to deliverable. The designer will incorporate brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all projects and mediums, and evolve guidelines as necessary. They are current on design trends and usability, and they excel in attention to detail and quality assurance.
Essential Duties: Create digital and print marketing materials according to brand guidelines and company initiatives Assist in managing our creative repository Design sales and presentation assets to help our sales teams deliver messages effectively Create physical signage and pop-up displays for events, tradeshows, and conferences Design branded swag and incentives for events and conferences Create and adjust existing logos and typefaces for a high-demand environment Support corporate identity initiatives Assist other members of the Marketing and Sales teams, as needed Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in graphic design or a related major Strong portfolio showing conceptual/creative proficiency and detail-oriented design Understanding of brand ecosystem Social media advertising and campaign experience preferred Key Competencies: Adobe Creative Suite Strong typography skills working with website fonts, lettering design, and design of type Ability to work independently and with a team Organized and can work efficiently on multiple projects to meet deadlines A go-getter who is proactive about solving problems Blue Raven Solar: Blue Raven Solar has been named a top-20 workplace in America according to Glassdoor ( Founded in 2014, Blue Raven quickly expanded to become a national top-selling solar brand.
