• Coordinate grantmaking process for targeted and competitive grant opportunities• Create, schedule, and post application documents• Outline requirements of applicable agency, state, and federal rules and regulations• Support recruitment and training of grant applicants• Compile submitted applications• Manage grant review process with internal and external stakeholders• Prepare documents for agency leadership• Prepare and track execution of notices of award• Monitor grantees' program performance• Assist in monitoring grantee budgets and expenditures• Assist with preparation of grant applications and associated materials• Maintain record-keeping systems for grant awarding and reporting• Assist with preparation of reports on grantmaking and grantee performance• Seek and compile feedback from grantee organizations, team members, and partners• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree• Experience in business, personnel, grant-in-aid, or public administration
