Excellent Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Order break down parts. Update supervisors & planners of un-scheduled break down parts status: Staging of late parts and re-scheduled parts for both scheduled and un-scheduled work. Core pad area and core management (tags, cleaned, capped, shipment dates, housekeeping, etc. Work order/notification creation. Staging parts for jobs, arranging parts and organization and overall housekeeping Parts return area apron, pad, counter, etc. Ensure safe work practices, i.e. attending compulsory safety courses and meetings, using required PPE, incident/accident reporting, and ensuring total adherence to all Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Policies, as well as other relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure that urgent orders are prioritized from the point of receiving until delivery to the end user throughout the Supply Chain process. Identify potential cost savings and communicate the same with the Supervisor for appropriate action. Strong Excel Skills; analytical skills; excellent Interpersonal skills. Excellent working and demonstrated knowledge of SAP system. Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively and drive results. Excellent communication skills and assertiveness. Good time management skills and the ability to complete tasks in a safe, timely and professional fashion. Demonstrate high working ethics and always conduct.
