Golden Mill Ambassador
proactively acts as a tour guide and expert on The Golden Mill and Golden, CO in general. They provide our brand of warm, genuine, knowledgeable hospitality to all of our guests, and ensure every person at the Mill feels welcome and has a truly memorable guest experience.
What you will do:
Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
Demonstrate to guests how to use the self pour beer wall and Golden Mill card and address any quality issues guests may have (foamy beer, etc.)
Answer any questions guests may have about The Golden Mill, our pour wall, the beers/wines/cocktails we carry, food options, and even Golden, CO in general
Change out kegs as needed
Handle guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and attempting to resolve issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction
