Title: Talent Strategy Lead Position type: Contract /Fulltime Duration: 13+ Months Location: Charlotte, NC/Minneapolis, MN (3 days in/2 days remote) Job Description: Develop new talent and skills strategy planning capability that marries organizational design, skills strategy, workforce planning and product roadmaps to ensure our organization has the right talent to deliver our strategy and priorities. Lead the implementation of capability across Cyber by leading BSLs, Line Managers and Product Managers to execute newly developed capability. Manage the Cyber job family catalogue and work closely with Workforce Operations to ensure hiring is in alignment. Develop learning paths for Cyber's primary job families and work closely with Learning and Development to adjust offerings as applicable. In partnership with HR partners, enable succession planning, performance management and career development practices across Cyber while continuing to be a critical consultant to managers. As a process owner, you will provide vision, leadership and industry expertise to establish consistent practices across Cyber and frequently interact with up and downstream processes and organizations while representing Cyber to the Technology-wide function. Longer term, this role will be a backup to the director and have opportunity to influence all aspects of team's remit including workforce operations hiring approval, location strategy, diverse and early talent pipeline, culture, engagement, and development. The ideal candidate will have: 7 + years of technology resource or capacity planning experience Talent and skills strategy planning Familiarity with talent and workforce planning in an agile environment Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders. Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals. Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment. Advanced level leadership, communication, relationship building, negotiating, and influencing skills.
