General Manager - Construction
Are you an experienced and dynamic leader in the field of Commercial & Residential Roofing, siding, and storm restoration? If so, our client is seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join their team as a General Manager .
Key Responsibilities:
As the General Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects. Your primary duties will include:
* Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.
* Operations Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of work. Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to meet project goals.
* Client Relations: Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for business growth.
* Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Provide guidance and support to project managers, estimators, and field staff.
* Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, financial reporting, and cost control. Identify and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
* Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Implement effective risk management strategies to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential/commercial construction, with a focus on roofing, siding, windows, and storm damage restoration.
* Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale construction projects.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction processes.
* Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and financial performance.
